Lateral Thinking

Jill likes books but not magazines, she likes going to shows but not the ballet, and she likes
movies but not pictures. By the same rules, will she like videos or tapes?

    what are these “tapes” you speak of? I vaguely recall the birth-givers from the long, long ago talking about tapes… :)

    So… Videos but not tapes.

    I took a wild guess on the thought “She likes the greater version of each comparison”

    That is how I based my decision:
    Books (more in depth) > Magazines (shallow)
    Shows (more in depth) > Ballet (dancing)
    Movies (billions of pictures with sound!) > Pictures (1 image)
    Videos (visual) > (cassette) tapes (audio)

    But who is to say which one is better?
