Last hint - it treats malaria
The medicine is quinine which is found in tonic water.
Garlic
Quinine is in club soda, and it is a treatment for malaria…

Dang wordpress wouldn’t let me post….Quinine has to be it.
Mix equal parts Salt, Beer, Vermouth, and Garlic.
It cures Hypothyroid disease, Malaria, and “What Ales Ya”.
I think double posts starts an infectious disease. We better watch out in case this festers. Pretty soon we will have “FIRST!!!!” at the top of the comments.
